The Trojans of Mililani join the ‘Iolani Classic for the fifth time (first since 2010) in 2019. Led by Head Coach Garrett Gabriel, the Trojans look to improve upon a 13-10 record last year. Mililani will look to key returnees to help with that goal. 6’3 senior forward Ethan Rudometkin, 6’ senior guard Kanoa Gibson and sophomore guard Trey Lieb will be counted on to be provide experience and production. Newcomers 6’5 senior Ethan Thomas, 5’11 junior Kel Higashi, 6’1 junior Austin Newton and 5’11 junior Koby Sison are all expected to contribute.

Coach Gabriel commented on this year’s group: “We are excited about the opportunity to play a competitive and challenging pre-season schedule. We want to develop a team culture of selflessness and defense- first mentality. We are a young team, but we are very energetic/athletic and look forward to being very competitive as the season progresses.
